Internships at TREND

Real experience. Real campaigns. Real industry connections.
TREND PR office building in Los Angeles

TREND's internship program is designed to do one thing: prepare you for a career in the music industry. You won't be making copies or fetching coffee. You'll be working alongside senior staff on live client campaigns, learning how publicity, social media marketing, and playlist strategy actually work from the inside.

Our program was built by TREND's President, who also teaches music marketing at the university level. It's structured to feel like an extension of your coursework, except the artists are real, the deadlines are real, and the press coverage you help land is real. Past interns have gone on to work at major labels. Others turned their internships into full-time roles right here, eventually reaching Director-level positions on our team.

What Every TREND Intern Gets

  • Receive hands-on training directly from a senior staff member
  • Work on live campaigns with real artists
  • Discover how AI tools are transforming the music marketing landscape
  • Learn the strategies behind publicity, Spotify playlisting, and social media management
  • Contribute to increasing impressions on client assets across platforms
  • Contribute to TREND's own social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram)
  • See firsthand what it takes to create the kind of content that drives real growth
